A seed was planted

A seed was planted

ColorPawPrints was born in the quiet moments between chaos and cuddles, during late-night feeds, toddler giggles, and the stillness of postpartum healing. After struggling with postpartum depression during my first birth, I knew that bringing home a second baby while raising a toddler would be even harder. I needed a new kind of outlet, something simple, soothing, and just for me.

Coloring became that sacred space. No setup, no pressure. For once just soft pages and silence while I pumped or took a deep breath between diapers and dishes. But it didn’t stay just mine for long.

My daughter, full of mischief and love, wanted to color too. At first, I said no. These pages were my peace, and I was afraid to give that up. But deep down, I felt the guilt. I missed bonding with her the way we used to. I didn’t want her to feel left out of this new chapter of my life. So I found a new way forward. I learned that I could share my love with her without losing myself. We could color side by side, each with our own version, together and still our own.

That moment planted the seed for ColorPawPrints: a line of coloring books inspired by the wild, beautiful dance of motherhood and the little ones who shape us.

Each page is a tribute to my children:
Almas, the bold and curious bunny with a twinkle in her eye, and
Elias, the snuggly bear who brings peace to our daily whirlwind.

These books aren’t just about coloring—they’re about memory-making, bonding, and finding calm in the mess. Whether you're a mom, a parent, or someone who needs a moment to breathe, there’s a page here for you.

From my family to yours,

Welcome to ColorPawPrints.
